Sponsored bike ride for Macmillan Cancer Support
On Sunday 24th January 2010 I am taking part in Wensum Valley Hotel & Country Club’s Charity Fund Raising Event, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. We will be cycling 1000 miles using the gym’s five spin bikes in 15 hours with the aim to average 70 miles per hour between 5 bikes. We are biking in 1 hour slots from 7am -10pm, so a big collective effort by all the gym members!
